Mixed Vegetable Pakorhas 🥔 🧅 🌶️| Vegetable Fritters
Recipe by: Cook with HameemHello beautiful people, today I am going to share with you a delicious snack recipe from Indian/Pakistani cuisine, that is Pakorha. So let's get started.
Ingredients for pakorha
- 1 cup gram flour/besan
- 1 medium sized onion chopped
- 1 medium sized potato chopped
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 3 green chillies, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- A pinch of baking soda
- Water as needed
- Oil for frying
Cooking method for pakorhas
Combine all ingredients in a bowl including gram flour/ besan, chopped onion, chopped potatoes, chopped spinach, chopped green chillies, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, salt, red chilli flakes and baking soda. Add water little by little until a thick mixture forms.
Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Add spoonful of prepared pakorha mixture. Do
not overcrowd the pan.
When the pakorhas turn golden brown on both sides, remove from heat. Enjoy!
