Delicious Chicken and Vegetable Pasta Recipe

Hello beautiful people, today we are going to make delicious chicken 🐓 and vegetable pasta. We are going to use elbow noodles for this recipe. You can use any type of pasta you want. So let's get started with this delicious recipe.
Ingredients for the Recipe

- 400g elbow noodles
- Water to boil pasta
- 1 tbsp ginger/ garlic paste
- Salt 1 + 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp or to taste
- 1 tsp hot sauce or to taste
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 cup boiled/cooked shredded chicken
- 1 large onion 🧅 chopped
- 1 large tomato 🍅 chopped
- 1 capsicum 🫑 chopped
- Juice of 1 large lemon 🍋
Cooking Method for the Recipe

Take a large cooking pot, add enough water to boil the pasta. Add 1 tsp of salt and 4 tbsp of cooking oil. Stir well and bring the water to a boil.

Once the water starts boiling, add pasta and stir well. Cook the pasta for 5-7 minutes or until al dente i.e. slightly firm to bite.

Once the pasta is cooked, drain the pasta in a colander and place the colander under tap water to stop the process of cooking.

Now add 1/4th cup of cooking oil in a pot. Add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste. Sauté on medium heat until the onion turns translucent.

Once the onion turns translucent, add chopped tomatoes 🍅. Cook the tomatoes for 2-3 minutes or until soft.

Once the tomatoes become soft, add chopped capsicum. Sauté the vegetables for another 1-2 minutes.

After 1-2 minutes, add shredded chicken to the vegetables. I am using boiled, shredded chicken.

After adding the chicken, we will now add seasonings. Add salt, black pepper, hot sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, dried rosemary and dried thyme. Now mix the entire contents well to combine.

After mixing chicken, vegetables and seasonings, add boiled pasta and mix well. After mixing the pasta, add lemon 🍋 juice. Mix well and put the lid on. Simmer on low heat for 8-10 minutes. The delicious pasta 🍝 is now ready to serve. Dish out and enjoy!
