Spicy Omelette Recipe | Pakistani Recipe

Today we are going to make a famous breakfast recipe liked by everyone everywhere in the world i.e omelette. There are several different variations around the world. We are going to make a spicier Pakistani version. So let's get started.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs 🥚
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
- 3 fresh green chillies, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Cooking Method
Crack 3 eggs 🥚 and add salt, red chilli powder, chopped green chillies and chopped fresh coriander. Whisk well.
Take oil in a frying pan. Add chopped onions. Sauté on medium heat until translucent. When the onions become translucent, add the egg mixture. Cook on medium heat for a few minutes until the eggs are completely cooked.
Now after a few minutes, the eggs are completely cooked. Turn the heat off. The omelette is ready to be served. Dish out and serve with hot crispy parathas.
